This hotel is conveniently located near downtown and is accessible via highway. The breakfast selection was excellent, with delicious coffee and a range of options to choose from. The view from the room was also amazing, making for a relaxing stay. Leisure facilities such as a gym and pool added to our experience, and as business guests, we appreciated the high-speed internet connection.
Parking could be improved.

The hotel's free breakfast was a nice touch and saved me some money during my trip. The location was great, just a short walk to a popular attraction. Another great thing was the friendly staff that were always willing to help, even with my mediocre Spanish.
The rooms were a bit noisy, but it wasn't unbearable. Also, the parking lot was a little cramped, but I managed to find a spot every time. The signage was a bit confusing, I had some trouble finding my way through the entrance and finding the check-in area.

Had a great Christmas stay! Loved the complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. Key location with easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. The pool was a fun way to spend time with family. Room was clean and comfortable, with a great holiday vibe.
The receptionist did not inform us of the construction going on in the hotel. This was quite noisy and disruptive at times. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out I couldn't use my hotel rewards because I booked through a third party website. however, it was still a lovely stay and we would consider coming back in the future!

The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel had a bar that served great drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the noise yet easily accessible to the nearby mall and attraction sites. The rooms were spacious and clean. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
Unfortunately, our room was located near cleaning supplies area, and the smell of bleach was dominant, which was not pleasant. The in-room coffee maker was not working, and the cups provided were too small. We ended up buying coffee at a nearby cafe. we had a lovely stay and would love to come back.

For 3 star hotel it was reasonably priced, I had really really nice stay overall. The room was nice and with very comfy beds. The staff were welcoming and attentive, everything was nice. The venue was in the best possible and easy location next to the ballpark and comfy rooms, downtown, and Miller Park.

Excellent selection for breakfast with potatoes and also bacon. Pretty nice room with a wonderful breakfast and unruly kids, as for instance. Favourable location in the safe area, near to restaurant, Miller Park and the Harley-Davidson Museum.
